2026 Highlights
Reflecting on 2026: A Year of Connection and Growth
As we wrap up 2026, we’re reflecting on a fantastic year of connecting with public safety professionals, sharing ideas, and strengthening relationships across the industry. From regional gatherings to national conferences, we’ve had a great time participating in events throughout the year.
This year, we had the opportunity to attend the 911 Director’s Association conference in Franklin, Tennessee; GECC in Athens, Georgia; the American Ambulance Association and Navigator conferences in Las Vegas, Nevada; Louisiana APCO/NENA in Shreveport, Louisiana; APCO International in San Antonio, Texas; and TENA in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Each event offered valuable opportunities to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, exchange insights, and discuss how better data sharing and system integration can support public safety agencies.
Beyond the conversations and connections, we’re excited to celebrate that FirstResponse911 continues to expand its reach, with more agencies than ever now relying on our platform! We’re grateful to every agency that trusts us to help connect systems and improve access to the information teams need to make informed decisions. This growth reflects the increasing importance of interoperability and collaboration across public safety.
As we look ahead to 2027, we’re excited to continue building relationships, supporting agencies, and helping create a more connected public safety ecosystem. Thank you to everyone who took the time to meet with us, share your experiences, and learn more about FirstResponse911 this year.
From our team to yours, thank you for being part of our journey. We wish you a safe and happy holiday season!
Introducing New FirstResponse911 Features
We’re continuing to enhance FirstResponse911 with features that give public safety agencies greater insight into response time performance and a clearer view of incidents and associated units. From automatically monitoring Calls for Service against established Response Time Objectives to viewing active incidents, ambulance unit timestamps, and location data in one place, FR911 Compliance and FR911 Map are designed to make critical information more accessible and actionable for the agencies we serve.
